Erik has been married to his wife, Mary, who has CF, for nearly 15 years. His wife was diagnosed at birth and underwent a lung transplant in 2018. He got his undergraduate degree in Business at Stockton University, which is also where he met Mary. He went on to get his MBA and currently works as a Data Architect in Philadelphia. He and Mary currently live in Southern New Jersey with their two cats and three rabbits. He has become an avid runner because Mary kept signing him up to run 5k races with her.
