Description

The CF Foundation is developing an online platform to host our virtual events, such as BreatheCon, ResearchCon, and FamilyCon. This platform will house all virtual events and provide a seamless event participation experience, including login from the CF Foundation website. The new system is designed to be user friendly for anyone in the CF community, no matter your experience with virtual events or your level of tech savvy. The more feedback we can get from a wide variety of people, the better the new platform will be, so we encourage everyone to participate! We greatly appreciate your help in creating this one-of-a-kind online platform.

What is User Testing?

You will be testing our new virtual event platform and providing feedback. CF Foundation staff will guide a small group of testers through different scenarios and tasks within the virtual event platform. You will be asked to share your observations and thoughts with the group, and you will be asked to share your screen so we can observe your activity in the platform. You will also be asked for your overall impression of what you experience and thoughts on user-friendliness.

Process

• Please fill out this brief interest form by Sunday, April 26 at 11:59pm EDT. Your participation confirmation will be sent to you the week of April 27.
• Applicants will be assigned to testing sessions on a “first come, first selected” basis. Space is limited.

What You’ll Need to Participate

• Computer with camera and microphone capabilities (built-in or external). You will not be able to participate using a phone or tablet.
• Internet connection
• Able to participate in a 60-minute testing session
