This session will build upon the Overview of Genetic Therapies presentation by discussing the foundational aspect of successful genetic therapy recruitment: building a strong culture of research.  Establishing trusted relationships between the research teams and CF community is key in partnering to move genetic therapy trials forward. The session will outline considerations when approaching potential participants for a genetic therapy trial as well as provide practical steps research teams can take to prepare recruitment of genetic therapy trials at their site.
