Adam was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 2 weeks of age, and he received a double-lung transplant at the age of 18. Adam is now 35 years old and just celebrated his 17-year lung transplant anniversary. He is happily married to Meredith, his wife of nine years. Adam and Meredith enjoy an active life, hiking and mountain biking as often as possible. They are also pursuing an adoption of their first child from Hungary – follow their journey on their blog.
