Brian was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth in 1976. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Lifestyle Foundation (CFLF) and practices an active lifestyle primarily through swimming and cycling on and off road. In his free time, Brian also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, sailing and rock-climbing.

Danielle is 37 and living with cystic fibrosis. She was diagnosed at 17 and has experienced many highs and lows of CF with her lungs, sinuses and pancreas. For the past 12 years, she has worked as a special educator and has recently been promoted to Director of Support Services at her Middle School in LIC, Queens. This past May marked 20 years that Danielle has been a team leader and walking in Great Strides at Lyndhurst Estates in Westchester, NY. She is dedicated, determined, and hopeful to find a cure for CF! Additionally, Danielle is recently engaged and purchased a home with her fiancé!
