CF MiniCon: Transplant is a free online event for people with cystic fibrosis, their families, and caregivers to explore all stages of the transplant process and advanced lung disease including living with advanced lung disease, considering a transplant, preparing for transplant, or living post-transplant. Join event Co-Chairs Rod Spadinger and Jena Armstrong to kick off planning for CF MiniCon: Transplant 2021!

We need your help to design the event agenda, develop panel sessions and participate in event promotion. Register to join the planning work group and kick-off call to learn more about the event goals and how to get involved.

The call will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 6 pm ET || 5 pm CT || 4 pm MT || 3 pm PT.
