Highly effective modulator therapies (HEMT) can slow or prevent the progression of pulmonary disease among people with cystic fibrosis (PwCF). However, there is a need to understand the impact of modulator therapies on quality of life. Drawing from the real-world experience of 1,125 adults with CF and parents of children with CF, we highlight physical, emotional, and social well-being, daily living and basic needs, and treatment burden of PwCF taking modulators. These findings lay the groundwork for establishing future research priorities and policy efforts.
