Target Audience: All attendees

In this highly interactive session, research teams will take what they learned in the Recruitment Strategics for Genetic Therapies session and brainstorm ways to implement these strategies at their site. Facilitators will provide prompts to the site teams to consider topics like implicit bias, building trust, and improving communication all of which will cultivate a strong culture of research at their site. Site teams will have an opportunity to report out and discuss best practices with other session participants.
