Target Audience: Investigators & TDC Directors

This session will review the upcoming TDN pipeline that includes new phage, CFTR modulators and genetic therapy trials. With an exciting pipeline comes unique opportunities and challenges related to study design and execution such as platform trials, historical placebo controls and enrolling an ultra-rare population. Participants will be encouraged to contribute to a lively discussion on how we will approach these new studies within the TDN.
