Dr. Thida Ong is currently the associate director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She is the medical director for quality improvement in the Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. She serves on the Cystic Fibrosis Learning Network Leadership Team. She has a particular interest in health systems improvement research to deliver quality care for children with chronic respiratory conditions, including cystic fibrosis. She grew up in the Washington D.C. area and is loving the Pacific Northwest where her three daughters have learned to dig for clams and shuck oysters on the area islands.
