Dr. Brown is a professor of clinical medicine at Indiana University and is the director of the adult CF Program.  In addition, to pulmonary and critical care, she is also board certified in sleep medicine.  She currently serves as co-principal investigator for the HERO-2 trial, a real world research trial that hopes to better understand the lived experiences of people with CF taking highly effective CFTR modulator drugs.
