Jordan is an adult with CF and has been a registered dietitian since 2016. Jordan attended Texas Tech University where she received a master’s degree in nutritional sciences and a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences and dietetics. Currently, Jordan works at UMC Cancer Center where she helps cancer patients better their nutrition and quality of life before, during and after cancer treatment. Jordan received a feeding tube in 2015 to help her gain weight and has been able to use her experience to help many others understand the benefits of feeding tubes. She is very passionate about intuitive eating and providing evidence-based care and information to her patients and the CF community.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys working out, reading, blogging, traveling and cooking. This past year, she and her husband recently became foster parents and are currently enjoying loving on their one year old foster daughter!
