Jenavese Armstrong lives in Stafford, Va. She was diagnosed with CF at the age of 2 while living in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. She managed CF well until her freshman year in college. She received a lung transplant at the age of 30 in 2017 at Duke University.

Jenavese feels fulfilled helping others manifest, heal, and grow in their journey. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing at a pediatric clinic full-time. She is also the founder of Edible Emotion, LLC which allows her to practice independently as a holistic health psychotherapist part-time in the community. Jena's interest in integrative health led her to pursue a diploma in women’s nutrition, for which she is just six credits shy.
