Description
Some people with CF openly talk about their disease, advocate, or fundraise while others like to keep their CF identity private. Participants will discuss how people determined what and when to share, what aspects they decided to keep private, and the challenges and benefits of each option.
Session Objectives
- Share concerns and satisfactions you have had with going or not going public with your CF.
- Learn what factors have contributed to people’s decision to go or not go public with CF.
