Breathe, flow, and let go! Join Chelsea Spruance (@salty_yogi) in a 45 minute slow flow and meditation followed by 15 minutes for questions about yoga and CF. This flow will focusĀ on reconnecting with our breath, learning to control the breath, and releasing tension from around our lungs allowing us to breathe easier after, which is what we all want!
